Kelly has been the senior pastor since 2014. He previously served as a youth minister for 23 years in various churches. God called Kelly into a senior Pastor role in 2008, and he has been serving faithfully ever since. 

 Alex Navarrette joined the HRBC staff in November 2019. He has a long history of music and youth ministry experience.

John became a part of the HRBC staff in May 2013. He was an evangelist for Prison Fellowship International in Columbia swerved as a translator for several pastors and missionaries, and specializes in mental health ministry, providing pastoral counseling.

Sandra joined our team in February of 2015 after serving as a volunteer since 1985. Before working for us, she served as a preschool director for Woodcrest Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. She now excels as our children’s coordinator, creating a safe environment for children to learn about God.
